My MacBook Air is giving trouble since May2018.

my MacBook Air is giving trouble since May2018. it get heated up and battery I drained with very Ludwigs fan noise. Every time I contact apple they just talk no body really help my warranty will expire in March 2020. machine has been to service center three -four time sometime for moth also. they received in hand with fault and except their is issue but no repair or outcome and always said they could not replicator's ether issue .


How and what can be done next I feel its very stupid idea to have this service module where every-time they say they own our case but than. never turn up again.

Hard to say what cause is behind symptoms; you could reset System Management Controller (SMS)

as part of troubleshooting. (If hard drive/storage is too full ~ that also may contribute to problems.)


Be sure to have an external storage, and make backups including Time Machine, to restore Mac.

There are more things to try. You could use EtreCheck to see where problematic issues may reside;
