I don’t know how to put the new card in the wallet

Are use my iPhone EXR and I set up a new password for my Apple and asked me to do that and then I inputted the new debit card and I deleted the old one and then APPLE sent me a request that I should put the new card in the wallet as well but I don’t know how to do that I can’t get in the wallet when I tap it it just takes me to Apple ID it doesn’t give me any wallet options now I did find a couple of apps online our wallet should I replace it I delete the I have them put a new one in a new wallet and then I can upload the information because Apple said that the wallet and the Apple Pay debit cards they have to match you can’t have two different cards one you know so yeah OK I’ve never heard of that though you know because I had to change my debit card before and I’ve never had Apple asked me to go to the wallet so I’m not sure thank you Jeanne Mcnabb

  • If you are getting a message to contact the card issuer, call the bank or credit card company who issued you the card to make sure there are no restrictions on the card.
  • If you are getting a message that Apple Pay services are unavailable at this time, sign out of your Apple ID and back in.
  1. Check your Apple ID region to make sure it is correct (https://appleid.apple.com/)
  2. Check the region on your device to ensure it is correct (Settings>general>language & region - set to your region)
  3. A passcode is required to use the Wallet app.
  4. You need to be in a region that supports Apple Pay - Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support
  5. Your bank needs to support Apple Pay - Apple Pay participating banks - Apple Support
