Cant Submit my podcast

I am having trouble trying to get my podcast to submit i am following all the instructions but nothing is working!! Any ideas thanks!

You may have fallen over issues which are going on at Apple's end. You could try contacting Support. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
