Accidentally opened this by tapping Fn button in some magical order, there's no 'x' button, theres nothing in the menu bar to quit from. Dictation is disabled in my system preferences. I even tried force closing from Activity Monitor, and it just pops back up.
I'm ready to `Ron Swanson` my Mac book into the trash can.

Apparently this is not dictation, its "voice control"... so I was looking at the wrong thing in system prefs.... but I still think its terrible design to no put a close button on ANY window on a computer, or allow to right click to close it. You can expect us to be psychic and know the name of every feature you add so we can go to the system prefs and find it.

I cant close/get rid of the dictation microphone
