HDD not found

My 27" iMac 2012 running Mojave (I think...) can't get past the Apple logo screen during boot up. Usually it stops when the progress bar reaches 100%, but sometimes also a tad past halfway. Tried first Cmd-R but ended up on internet download. At last I got to the macOS utility window and tried to restore from backup (timemachine) and then reinstall macOS. None worked, as no disk to install the restore/reinstall was found. Opened the Disk Utility and got this:

As you may see, the HDD is not found at all. Just the SDD part of my fusion drive. (Please notice that it claims the entire drive is unformatted. Not sure it matters, but anyway...)

Can anyone help med with what I have to do in order to make the system register the HDD or to make sure the HDD is actually working?

Sidenote: I don't know if it has anything to do with my issue, but I tried the following on the SSD as well:

I tried the First Aid button and got this report:

In the heading, it says (in Norwegian) that First Aid found something that needed repairs.

After that, I tried the restore button, and got this report:

iMac Line (2012 and Later)

That's ok, we see just a 1/2 part of Fusion (the SSD).

IMO, the reason is the physical faulty HDD part. If you replace it then fix the split Fusion Drive like I told you previously, you'll be back on track. Just don't forget to restore the data from the backup :)
