Problem in deleting files from "recently deleted" locations

I had some files at "Recently deleted" locations on my IPad that doesn't want to be deleted !

every time I tried to permanently delete them they disappear then after seconds later a message appears says the following"

"The Operation Can't be completed"

"The Operation Couldn't be completed"

(NSFileProviderInternalErrorDomain error 12.)

and the files just still there !

Any help to delete these files and free some space on my IPad

software IPadOS 13.3.1

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
