1 - now i want to import all Pics and videos to one folder and import all this Pics and videos one time. then,it has to organize by date and by location.

1 - Just drag the folders on your hard drives into your library's open window and they will be imported into the library.

2 - some images/Pics has same or similar name but different photos taken by different Phones for cameras. how can i import these pics without deleting anyone.

2 - Photos can import different photos with the same filename and manage them. There's no problem with that.

3 - Once i import all the images and videos to Photos, still i have hold the original medias in my MacBook or can i delete it

3 - As long as you have the Photos' preferences set to import the files into the library during import you can delete the original source files.

Once in the library you can use albums and Smart Albums to manage your photos/videos, by adding keywords to them, grouping them by any number of criteria and sorting them by title or date, either up or down.

I suggest you import your files and experiment with the library before deleting the source files. Once you're satisfied with the library and how it's working you can then delete the source files.
