The fan on my new MacBook Pro 2019 doesn't stop it keeps running?

Could be a normal routine action; however at distance,
can be harder to detect why it runs ~ or if it's on at all..!
Be sure if the portable Mac is not on hard surface, that vents
are not obscured. ~ Avoid setting the portable on bed or on
soft padded; its not a Laptop. Don't let it sit on your lap, un-
less on flat or firm surface; such as aftermarket supports allow.
