I purchased the Bundle and Save of Frozen and Frozen II 4K (UHD) with HDR in VUDU and they appear in VUDU as exactly what I purchased. However, in Apple TV/Library they only show that they are HD. All other movies that I have purchased as UHD in VUDU have appeared as 4K & HDR in Apple TV/Library. Who would I contact within Apple TV to have this error corrected?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out here in Apple Support Communities. From what I understand you purchased a movie using the VUDU app on your Apple TV, but your Apple TV library does not show the correct format of the movie purchased. Is that correct?
If so, have you tried restarting the Apple TV to check the recently purchased movie?
That may be a helpful step to try since all the other movies purchased in VUDU seem to show the correct format.
Should the issue continue you can also try reinstalling the VUDU app as well.
This can help you isolate the issue to the VUDU app itself.
Move and hide apps on your Apple TV
Does the actual movie play in HD instead of HDR? Should that be the case, I would recommend reaching out to VUDU support directly. Although the movies are shown in your Apple TV library, the content is still being streamed from the VUDU app itself in this case.

Thanks for your insights and recommendations! The Apple TV VUDU App does not allow purchases so I use the VUDU app on my Roku for movie purchases. I updated the software on the Apple TV and restarted it. No change. I have not deleted and re-installed the VUDU app. However, I think that "vazandrew" comment is the likely cause of my issue since it is isolated to only the two Frozen movies. Thanks for pointing this out! I have seen before where movies are not available on all movie playing apps but did not realize that they may be available albeit at lower quality. Thanks for reaching out!
Frozen is only available in HD within iTunes.
