I recently bought an iPhone 11 Pro and I don’t know what the problem is with it. A weird circle shows ups every time I try to take a photo. I cleaned the lenses almost 10 times and that circle still doesn’t disappear. I need help

That's a speck of dust on the camera sensor or possibly on the back of the lens. Have to be cleaned by Apple.

Make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.
They have diagnostic tools and can tell you what options you have.
