Macbook Air keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth devices

My Macbook Air is Late 2015, running on latest Catalina system, but every 15-30 minutes (it varies) it will disconnect my bluetooth items, either my bluetooth speaker, Beats headphones etc.

I read online to delete and re-install the bluetooth filing on my system and this worked for about a day and now its doing it again... any suggestions !! (yes, I have turned it off and on again)

p.s. i'm not very good with computers so please use basic terms :)
