How to Restore iPhone Camera App to Home Screen, if it suddenly disappeared?

Somehow, a feature disabled my camera, resulting in the APPs disappearance from home screen.
I accidentally restored it, but I still can’t find Where in “Settings” that “allowed” it to be fixed it: lol
Somewhere in settings there’s option:”ALLOW or NOT-ALLOW”
I selected the option “ALLOW;” immediately, my camera on screen APP RESTORED itself.
I don’t know how to Repeat the repair action, but I know it’s in “SETTINGS” . LOL
