Locked out of iCloud

Hi there,

My son’s iPad and iPod is linked to an Apple ID using my husbands old work email. He has forgotten the password and can’t reset it because he has no access to that email address anymore.

Is there any way that we can log into these devices using a different iCloud?

Contact Apple ID Support. They may want to see a copy of the original purchase receipt with the serial number, so I suggest you have that available.

Your husband knows the needed Apple ID. So, if he could recover the related password, then that's all you should need. Use:
