Brand New MacBook Pro Won’t Start and Unable to Reach Support

After having panic issues and constant restarting (your computer was restarted bc of a problem) now my laptop won’t even start. To make matters worse, I have no idea how to get this issue resolved. I bought this device in March and it cost me > $3500. Can’t even use it now. On hold now with Apple support for over 12 minutes. Yesterday the call was disconnected. This is beyond frustrating! I did try restarting in recovery mode but that doesn’t work. Still blank screen.

Please don't post unnecessary images. This isn't Apple. Due to the pandemic Apple's support lines have been jammed. Expect waits as long as hours, not minutes. There isn't anything to be done about it, so just relax. You are not being picked on.

Did that Mac just restart itself? About kernel panics

If your Mac spontaneously restarts or displays a message that it restarted or shut down because of a problem - Apple Support

Try this:

Boot from the Recovery HD

  1. Restart the computer.
  2. Immediately, at or before the chime press and hold down the "COMMAND" and "R" keys together.
  3. Release the keys when the Apple logo and progress bar appear.
  4. Upon completion the Utility Menu should appear.

If you are able to get this far, then continue with the following:

Install El Capitan or Later from Scratch

  1. Select Disk Utility from the Utility Menu and click on the Continue button.
  2. When Disk Utility loads select the target drive (out-dented entry w/type and size info) from the Device list.
  3. Click on the Erase button in Disk Utility's toolbar. A panel will drop down.
  4. Set the partition scheme to GUID.
  5. Set the Format type to APFS (SSDs only) or Mac OS Extended (Journaled.)
  6. Click on the Apply button, then wait for the Done button to activate and click on it.
  7. Quit Disk Utility and return to the Utility Menu.
  8. Select Install OS X and click on the Continue button.
