My boyfriend has had the same phone for 3 years. He dropped it in the river last week. He ordered an iPhone 11 and can’t remember his Apple ID passcode. It has locked him out and the only way he can reset his password is by using the iPhone that’s still at the bottom of the river... we can’t get a hold of Apple support by phone
