Startup manager required on every boot

Every time I turn my MacBook on, the only way to boot into Mac OS is via the start up manager. It will always boot Windows 10 by default. How do I fix? This issue hasn't always been the case and only recently started (last couple weeks).


MacBook Pro 2019 16" running Catalina 10.15.4 (19E287) and bootcamp was used install Win10

What system is selected in System Preferences...>Startup Disk?
