Dual sim with different carriers
My personal cell number is with AT&T. I was assigned an iPhone 11 Pro from work and the carrier is Verizon. Can the iPhone 11 Pro use different carriers at the same time?

You don't have a dual sim device.
You have one sim (physical card) and one e-sim (electronic).
Yes, it can have service from two carriers at same time. One on the physical SIM, and one on the eSIM.
