Emails from MacBook Pro to junk, but same to Inbox from my iPhone

Any ideas why the same email I send to the same list of recipients goes to their Junk when I send it from my MacBook Pro, but goes to their Inbox when I send it from my iPhone or iPad? They have tried marking it as "Not Junk" and I am a listed contact for them.

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.15

Yes —

Mail goes to Junk—

*If you use a non-iCloud SMTP server, don't use your iCloud email address as a "Send From" address. Otherwise, your email might not deliver or it might deliver to the recipient's Junk folder.
