how to remove yourself from a groupchat that has an andriod user in it

I am currently in a group chat with 5 people. 3 of them our friends and 2 or not. The three of us are tired of hearing from the other 2 people in the chat, but we have no way to leave the group. Usually there is an option to leave, but because an android user is in the chat the option does not show up. I REALLY need to leave this group chat as the 2 people keep spamming the chat. Yes I know I can block them, but it still results in me being in this group chat. Please help

There is no way to remove yourself of anyone from a group chat that contains non-iOS users. You can, however, hide alerts for the message. That is the best that can be done, now that these people have your number. Go to the Message, then tap on the top where the user names are, then Info, then hide alerts.
