My kid's Ipad showed battery full but when is in use last 10 minutes and the computer will turn off showing battery need charging, when plug charged, battery will show full charge and will work again for 10 minutes and again.... Needs new battery? Hard reset twice, no changes. Thanks, Daniel

Yes, It could be a battery problem (in such situation the device might have unpredictable behaviors). But we, just users like you, can't diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

Yes, I did contact Apple ....confirmed "defective battery"...they want $100 for replace the battery. I found it on Ebay for $25 with the tools needed.
