Notes "You cannot connect to server" when attempting to add someone or share note. IOS13

If you are experiencing this problem you are probably out of iCloud storage. Simply upgrade your storage and you can share notes!

Are you sharing a note from an iPhone via - Share your notes on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac - Apple Support and getting that error message? Have you tried from another WiFi or maybe cellular?

Are you able to try to share a note from icloud.com website? Share notes on iCloud.com - Apple Support. If still no luck, next step - Contact - Official Apple Support.
