My iPhone 8 screen is not working properly. Also I can’t do a hard reboot.

I have a iPhone 8 and the screen is getting glitchy. Also I can’t do a hard reboot. I hold the on/off button and home button but nothing happens. Any suggestions

hat isn’t how you force restart an iPhone 8:

iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
