MacBook Air doesn't find bluetooth module

I have a MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015) and a macOS Catalina (10.15.5). Some time ago I realized my Bluetooth is not working but it was ok because I didn't use it. Yesterday I tried to pair with bluetooth speaker and I failed. I tried different solutions like restarting computer, resetting the SMC and PRAM, deleting .plist files but it never helped. Mac doesn't find bluetooth module at all because system report says "no information found'' on bluetooth page. And I can't use Shift+Option and click on the Bluetooth menu to access debug menu and select reset the bluetooth module. What should I do?

Judging you've done the SMC & NVRAM resets it seems like a hardware issue, you could either book an appointment to get it looked at by apple, or the cheaper option would be to purchase a USB Bluetooth Adapter.
