Wifi and data connectivity issues iPhone XS Max

Hi, earlier today my iPhone XS Max is not connecting to the internet through mobile data or wifi. I tried everything I could, like aircraft mode on/off; forget wifi and reconnect; reset network settings; switched off and on the phone; removed sim and reinserted. What should I do please?

try uninstall any vpn u have installed in your phone. Works for me.
