You are in the wrong place to request a refund because Apple does not participate here in that fashion. You need to reach out to them using these instructions.

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Apple is under no obligation to refund money for accidental purchases. So whatever they decide, is it.
