Why when i try to rent a movie the only option that appears its in up next?

It would help if you disclosed which movie title, then there would be some things to verify.

Possibly you are referring to a movie that hasn’t been released for renting yet. Such a title would allow to be added to Up Next, then it will be in your queue when it does become available.

It seems that other users have also reported missing some on-screen options.
