Microphone Malfunction iPhone 11 Pro Max

I am having trouble with my microphone on my new iPhone Pro Max. I keep it updated on the newest software and it currently has the 13.6.1 update. I’ve only had the phone for a couple of months and I’m super annoyed that I’m already having problems with it. I started noticing the problem while on FaceTime. My friends would tell me that my sound would be muffled and sometimes nonexistent. Now the problem also occurs on regular phone calls. I can hear every word they say to me but that cannot hear me at all. I have tried the master restart on it, Changing my settings, and connecting to multiple different wifi connections and cellular areas. Nothing has worked! What can I do to fix this?
