iPhone SE 2nd generation purchased from Optimum.net in April 2020 became subscription to Altice.com and never worked but charges paid for subscription. Optimum sold the phone not help with the item, Altice same is not helping because it came from Optimum. Apple said is under insurance so they sent me a box to mail to Repairs. I returned the phone in that box to Carlisle Pa on 8/11/20 and USPS delivery shows arrived on Aug 20, 20 but after that again arrived on Sept 1st 2020. No Apple.com account # and no other references, what to do?
