Mac mail is not syncing with Outlook - mail works fine on my iPhone and is syncing normally with Outlook. Am running macOS Catalina 10.15.6. Mail has been working fine for years and when I updated to sync with Outlook it has been working fine until this morning when I logged in to mail. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Inform Apple of this Fix:
Inform Apple of what is going on here - that way they can know what is going on. They may not get back to you directly, but more words the receive on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in Updates to com.
Are you able to successfully log into your Microsoft Office email account from the Apple Mail app? if so, have you tried removing, and then, re-adding this account to the app?
I removed and then re-added the account and now it seems to be working. Thank you!
