If So, then you need to Reinstall the macOS:

Sometimes, changes are made to your Mac (i.e. Updates), and then settings (i.e. for Safari), become manipulated, technically. So, reinstalling the macOS will place moved items back to where they should be, and will replace damaged system files.

1. First, Back up your Mac:

Scan your Mac for Malware: 

Whatever the software is, scan your Mac for Malware (Malicious Software). Use MalwareBytes for Mac --- This is software that searches for malware/adware. So, scan with it and then remove what is found from the quarantine. Once removed, uninstall MalwareBytes for Mac. Then restart the Mac.

So, have you been able to install macOS? Any issue when installing it?

What apps are you trying to download that are giving you the error? When it reboots does it show any error report you can copy the log and post here for us to see?

What is the brand and model of your new SSD?

Seem like your Mac is acting all weird overt it. The log files says IONVMeFamily kexts crashed.

I saw a few informations in the past few weeks about Macs being finicky with some SSD models like from Kingston, etc., but I have no idea if with specific models or what. We must investigate.

I’d say, if possible, remove the new SSD stick, clean the contacts (isoprop alcohol, vinyl eraser), put it back, reset SMC and NVRAM, create a new USB stick with a bootable macOS installer, remove partitions and everything from the SSD and reinstall macOS.
