Dead iPad

I have an iPad that died while updating.  Its now giving me an error. I called earlier and was advised to plug the iPad into a computer with iTunes to finish the update and restore to factory settings. Unfortunately I dont have that option at the moment. Is there another way for me to restore the iPad without a computer?

This is the newest version of the iPad. Its my first Apple product and frankly, I've had a ton of problems from the time I opened the box and turned it on. Seriously considering going back to Android products where everything is linked to my Gmail account and I never have to worry about loosing information

. Loosing all of my information is extremely frustrating.

It is not possible to restore an iOS/iPadOS device without a computer. Restoring an iPad requires access to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of macOS).

Data loss should not be an issue - as your locally stored data can be restored to the iPad from your iCloud/iTunes backup.
