Battery life

Hi. My iPhone 7 battery power started to reduce on its own out of nowhere. I checked it’s health and it was on 68% and decided to do a battery replacement. Too bad this didn’t remedy the problem. The phone was left untouched meaning no usage (100% charge) and and The percentage Still dropped !!!!! Can I please receive some feedback on this.

Hi, I hope that the battery was replaced at an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Since the battery was replaced, you can restore the phone as new:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

If the issue persists, you can bring it back to the store where the battery was replaced so they can check it again. You can book an appointment on getsupport.apple.com or use the Apple Support app.
