I suddenly lost all notes on my iPhone? The notes are on iCloud but could not access it as it shows empty.

I have many notes but I discovered they all gone. When I checked the storage capacity I can see notes occupied 48MG but I see none
Do you mean 48MB or 48GB? Are the notes gone in iCloud because you stated you can see the notes at iCloud.com?
48MB where the app size is only 10MB which means there is data on the phone of at least 3MB but could not view it. I don’t know if I can retrieve from cloud or it is gone
Go to iCloud.com from a computer, login, check the Notes app there.
