Deleted my phone icon on iPhone. I found it in the pull down search. I can't move it or restore it to my home screen.
When I 'hold it' it asks me 3 options but it does not 'wiggle'
I tried to find in my widgets but it copies 2 rows of icons and I could not alter what I wanted to 'copy' onto the homescreen.

Try and see whether resetting the Home Screen brings it back to where it should be.
Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Home Screen Layout : Once you tap here then your Home Screen should return to default layout.
