iCloud email PROBLEMS

Hey, so my iPhone 5s was stolen, then I got a new iPhone, but when I got a new iPhone I noticed something off in my iCloud stuff,

The guy who stole my old 5s did something or whatsoever.

And now it says on the iCloud website that his email is an alias to mine,

And I've done what it says on the internet to do,

But the email just doesn't want to detach from my account

It's really upsetting.

I'll attach some pictures...
