iPhone Emergency Alerts

Is there any way to view older emergency alerts on iPhone? I have an iPhone 11 running ios 14 and noticed that on my moms android phone she could read older emergency alerts using her settings. I am not trying to view an emergency alert that I received today but I was wondering if there was any way I could read emergency alerts like COVID and amber alerts that I have received weeks and months ago like my los android phone. The only answer I saw was for an outdated version of IOS.

Once you have viewed an Emergency Alert, and acknowledge it, I've noticed it only remains until the alert is over, such as weather alerts, Amber alerts once the child is found, etc. I've never seen them retained historically for you to view at a later date/time.
