iPhone 12 mini Bluetooth issues

I’m having trouble with the Bluetooth connectivity with my new iPhone 12 mini. It connects to some items but not others. So, I guess that means it’s not entirely broken, but doesn’t to see/recognize certain items (e.g. - smart scale, Bose speaker) that my prior iPhone always did. I’ve tried the simplest solutions of turning Bluetooth off/on, turning the phone off/on, and deleting/redownloading certain apps, but that doesn’t solve it for the items it doesn’t pick up. Any suggestions? Anyone else having this issue?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. Sounds like there are issues connecting to certain Bluetooth devices. We'll do what we can to help.

Try the suggestions here you haven't done already: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
