Hello,
I am in FCPX 10.4 and when I cannot preview tracks from my iTunes or the sound effects library there is no sound when I push play or double click. I can drag the track or effect to the timeline and then hear it - just cannot preview. Any ideas?

Click on the waveform at top of the Music browser and press the spacebar. It should work after that.

I think this has appeared recently. Try selecting one of those sound effects and pressing Space. It seems to “unblock” playback in the browser.
