Question mark on a folder keep camming back also after I completely erased the drive and reinstalled macOS

Hi,

At the day of macOS big sur was released I tried to install it.

My Mac was pluged in to a power source and everything...

In the middle of the installation the Mac restart itself and when it boots up I sow the blinking 'question mark on a folder' screen.

After I tried to "first aid" the disk and it didn't work, I tried to reinstall macOS, but in the screen to choose what drive to install the OS on, there was no disk to choose.

I entered 'disk utilities' and completely erased the disk.

After that I was able to install macOS. I used the Mac for one day and suddenly it freezes and when I restart it, the blinking 'question mark on a folder' screen reappeared.

I followed the same procedure I mentioned earlier and the exact same thing happened again.

I tired few times but every time it keeps camming back to the 'question mark on a folder' screen.

I have a Macbook Pro 15" 2016 with touchbar.

Can anyone please help me to resolve that issue?

Thank.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15
