Where are you seeing the message that storage is full, on your iPhone? Extra iCloud storage will not increase iPhone storage. They are two different things. You cannot increase the iPhone storage except by deleting content from the phone.

You can’t buy more storage on your device.

You are renting extra iCloud storage.

Yeah thanks for correcting me!!! I purchased—rented—leased or whatever! I’m trying to determine why the storage capacity has not increased after the purchase.
