I have a really quite bluetooth speaker I use to listen to music. I always have the volume set to max however my Iphone has started automatically turning the volume down as it thinks I am listening with bluetooth headphones on maximum volume. Is there a way to inform my Iphone that I am using a speaker to stop receiving these notifications about the speaker "damaging my hearing" as they do not apply to my situation.

Hi, the link didn’t help me with the same problem. What’s causing my speaker to be recognised as headphones by my iPhone. The system is an up to date Onkyo SR474 Dolby Atmos 7.2 system. My iPhone Bluetooth thinks it’s headphones.
This article doesn't provide the information I need. My problem is that the volume is being limited on devices that aren't headphones, these devices are extremely quiet bluetooth devices so don't need volume limitation. My speaker is an Anker bluetooth speaker but they are being recognised as in-ear headphones and thus the volume I want to play music at is being deemed "unhealthy". Is there a way to inform my iPhone that the device is a speaker and not an in-ear device.
