A song that I released not being played on apple music for no reason

I'm using distrokid as a distributor and I did everything correctly with formats and etc. However, today (release date) I pressed the play button and this message came up: "the media resource indicated by the src attribute was not suitable".

So I asked my friend who uses apple music and he told me it's playing but nothing comes out.

Since this is an urgent matter, I would really appreciate if you could tell me what the fundamental problem is.

FYI, I already emailed the support team and waiting for the reply.

Bhytime,

Possibly a corrupted file? Contact Distrokid ASAP and get them to work the issue. They are your commercial interface with Apple.
