I have a promise with my brother in Vietnam for order an ipad or iphone for him as a Christmas gift. The first time i ordered, the order cancelled because i choose ship it to an service shipping because i want to save the tax and shipping cost, this address is not accept by apple, after that i call a specialist to order to my address and it still cancelled! How can i order? It too late to send for him as the Christmas gift?

Are you using a US credit card with a valid US address and your are having the phone shipped to the same US address? Can you buy it and do a store pickup?
Keep in mind if this iPhone needs service they will have to send it back to you to take it in and then you will have to ship it to them.
I have some gift balance in my account. The physical gifts i won at a running contest event of my university. It’s enough for an ipad or iphone 11. I don’t have more money because i still is an student. The billing address of me is at the university in Kentucky, i don’t know this address will be or not accepted by Apple. I have tried to order to my sister address now, she’s in South California.
Sorry, it may be due to the fact that you originally tried to work around the system and send it to a shipping forwarder so it is rejecting the address you are now trying to use. Your only option is to call a Specialist again, ask for a supervisor and see if they can come up with a way to get around this issue. If your school address is a PO Box they cannot ship to that.

They dont know, but when i chat with the specialist, they said this item sold out. So i change to order an iphone 11, it’s in stock but still cancel.
That is correct, if the original order to a shipping forwarder was cancelled there is no way to resurrect or edit it. You have to place a new order.
