Good Morning! I have a question regarding my Apple Music account I had signed into my student account years ago and thought I was being charged $4.99/month but when I just went into my setting I was actually signed up for a regular account charging me $9.99/month. Is there anyway you can look into that and see when the changes were made taking the student account away from me? If it is possible am I able to get the extra $5.99 a month reimbursed back into my account for all that time it was changed back with out my knowledge. I am still at the same school, same email so I’m not sure where this went wrong. Please let me know what you are able to do. Thank you so much, Happy Holidays!
