Fan noise loud 2018 MacBook Pro

Hi problem started about 2months ago, really loud fan noise had started as is the laptop was a helicopter about to take off. The laptop also became extremely slow to the point you can’t use it. Tried restarting and resetting the SMC didn’t seem to work. I decided to try a full factory reset. This did work.

a couple of weeks ago fan got loud again did the same this worked again. Today same thing happened again. Wanting to know if anyone can advise what is wrong or how to fix it ?

Open Monitor Activity and check if any app is using too much CPU/GPU.

Post here a screenshot so we can have a look also.

Install Etrecheck app, run it and post here its report.

If doing a reset is working to stop the problem, it seems like something else added later is using too much processing power and making the machine go crazy.
