Subscription renewal

I received an email from Apple that one of my subscriptions is ready to renew. To keep the subscription, no further action is needed. If I know longer want it then I need to cancel it. I went into the subscription in question, it does NOT give me the option to cancel it. At the bottom where the cancel should be it says select an option to resubscribe. So I am confused on how to cancel something I do not want, yet received an email saying it would auto renew. Any thoughts?

A Scam? Or Broken Link?:

Who is the sender? Does it contain the domain apple.com? If not, it is a scam. If so, either it is a spoofed eMail, or it is a broken link. So, ask Apple Support for support on subscriptions.

Contact Apple Support:

Ask Apple Rep for support over the phone. If they are permitted to do so, then they may be able to modify it to what it should be. Here is the contact information:

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
