Voice memo app

I believe my macbook air has a voice memo app but I cannot locate it. Does someone know where I can either find it or add it?

What model Mac do you have, exactly?

If it's compatible with Mojave, and you're running 10.11 now as your profile seems to indicate, you shouldn't see too many problems.

If you have any 32 bit applications you rely on, do NOT upgrade past Mojave until you can upgrade or replace them. Catalina and Big Sur do not support 32 bit applications.
