cant get log in

So i was updating my macbook pro to the newest one but then it said that its failed to downloading so cancelled it. after that every time i log in and enter my password correctly, its always black screen and brings me to apple logo when its just turn on. what to do? please help

Hi,

Boot in Recovery Mode then repair the internal drive with FirstAid of DiskUtility could works.

Use macOS Recovery on an Intel-based Mac - Apple Support

Use macOS Recovery on a Mac with Apple silicon - Apple Support

Or boot in Safe Mode, then normal boot could solve your issue.

Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support


If they don't help, you'd better contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open or find near you opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro.
