2 application versions

When installing an Apps different versions in a system, but in different users, can this create issues in the way the applications will work? For example, when using HighSierra with 2 users, and i install PhotoshopCC2017 on userA, PhotoshopCC2019 on userB, is it possible that the app will not work correctly?
