Complaint about MacBook order

My MacBook order has got cancelled?? And what's the reason???

I am Muthulakshmi, I have ordered a "Macbook Air 13" in France (Apple.fr) on 5th February. Order has been shipped on February 13th and I have received that mail, that I will receive my product probably on February 22nd. But now I couldn't track my product. It's shows error... my money has got credited back to my Bank account. I don't know what's happening with that order. I haven't cancelled anything and don't know what's that reason. Please help me to overcome this situation.

I’m sorry to hear your order has hit problems, but we can’t help here except by suggesting you use the contact information for Apple Sales which should be in the emails about your order. The Apple Support Communities (these forums) are a peer to peer technical support area where everyone is a User like yourself, and we share skills and experience about using Apple devices and solving technical problems. Your questions is a Sales and Commercial issue and we don’t have any access to information relating to Sales or the Apple Store. In other words, you asked your question in the wrong place.
